I want to experiment with wine making some day, and I've heard people mention wine made from dandelions, hard for me to imagine because I've eaten dandelions and know for a fact they taste like shit, how is this going to make a decent beverage. We'll see how that works out? Anyway, the important thing is, if I do make the dandelion wine, I will have to put a label on the bottle with a clever name, which will be: Dan D. Lie 'n Whine.
