I'm driving to Oklahoma today with my mom, oldest sister and boyfriend for Thanksgiving, it's 13 hours and my mom is recovering from surgery. Should be interesting.

not alone

It's always nice to find out somebody does the same weird things as you, then you find out lots of people do it and you're just like everybody else (average, maybe?) Anyway, whenever I have to email somebody important, I always type the email in word, spell/grammar check and such then copy and paste and send. Turns out, lots of people do this, which means I have no original ideas at all! But at least that means the rest of the world isn't stupid in this aspect :)

If the recycle symbols in the background aren't enough of a hint, I'll tell you that I'm very into recycling. In general, I like to think I do my part to save the world, I pick recycleable out of the trash on campus, on my way to class sometimes I'll pick up a piece of garbage, I have an illegal compost pile (I live in town and they're not allowed). I also have re-usable grocery bags, I used "green" cleaning products and I wash and reuse my swiffer cloths. I do all this, but then I'll drive to the gym in the morning which is less than 6 blocks away....ugh

My physics professor gave me her card at the begining of the semester, I pulled it out of my backpack today and it was all crinkled up. Seeing this white crinkled card made me think of another little white crinkled card...Queen Frostine from Candy Land anybody?

Sitting in my marketing class today I looked to my right, and one of my group memeber is sleeping, look to my left and another one of my group memeber is sleeping. Then I thought "at least I have 2 more group members..." But when I looked down the line of desks I realized that my other 2 group members aren't even class. So out of a group of 5 I'm the only one who is present and awake in class, I'm also the only female in the group, coincidence? I think not.

odd habit

Living with my boyfriend helps me discover my weird habits, not because he points them out, but because i'll do something, realize that it is indeed rather odd and then wonder what he thinks of it. My weird habit i discovered this morning: i always put on earrings in the morning before i go to the gym, but not make up...why?

clown bulbs

I was sitting in an auto repair shop today, while waiting for my car to be fixed I noticed that all the light were really small, kind of like clown noses were sticking out all over the walls. It didn't help that the bulbs were all different colors, making them seem even more like clown noses, kind of creepy.
