This hold you have to push out with one arm (in this case the left) and pull with the other (right). Majority of your weight is supported by the bottom arm, the hooked leg holds some weight too. Work in progerss.

Hunny, Honey!

Before
After

Throughout the day I flipped this bottle of honey from upside down to right side up, as you can see I was successful in getting the crystals out of the top and dispersed throughout the entire bottle.

The Important Things

I can't wait to have a house with the following necessities: a compost pile, a garbage disposal, double ovens, a range hoods that vents OUTSIDE, big closets and a master bath.

It's All Greek to Me: The Skinny on Greek Yogurt

I've been a little curious about the buzz on Greek yogurt, I eat it and I enjoy it, but I had questions if one was really better than the other. Here is a comparison of two major brands of plain Greek strained yogurt, each brand has a 0% and 2% milk fat variation. I decided to ignore the flavored ones for this review because that would have been way to much information to make a proper comparison. I chose to compare Fage and Chobani because these are two brands that I like (plain and flavored).

http://www.chobani.com/
<><>
</>
Total fat Saturated Fat Trans Fat Cholesterol Sodium  Carbohydrates Sugar Protein Calories
Fage 2% 4 g 3 g 0 g 10 mg 65 mg 8 g 8 g 20 g 140
Chobani 2% 3.5 g 2 g 0 g 10 mg 70 mg 7 g 7 g 17 g 130
Fage 0% 0 g 0 g 0 g 0 mg 65 mg 7 g 7 g 18 g 120
Chobani 0% 0 g 0 g 0 g 0 mg 80 mg 7 g 7 g 18 g 100

Clearly not that much difference between these 4 yogurts in terms of nutrition, biggest difference is calories but I don't know if I really care about those. I find it interesting that the Fage 2% has more protein than its 0% counterpart, but the Chobani 2% has less protein than the 0%. Anyway, the most important part is about this is taste, I wouldn't want to eat something that didn't taste good, so for your convenience I have ranked these 4 from tasty to tolerable. The Chobani 2% is number 1, the two variations of Fage did not seem to have a difference in flavor that I could pick up on, therefore the Fage 0% and the 2% Fage are tied, and in last place, the Chobani 0%. This very tart Greek strained dairy product is probably better for the more devout Greek yogurt enthusiasts. Too much power for me, but if I add honey or fruit to it I like just fine.

Beauty and the Review: Mineral Foundation

What: Mineral Powder Foundation (crushed not pressed)

Brand: SheerCover

Color: Bisque

Application: Brush

Coverage: A nice finish, not flawless as it is claimed to be, and don't get to close because the powder, unlike a liquid foundation, just seems to hang out on your face, making itself known. Also, this is a foundation so it doesn't cover shine the way a powder does, (yes there really is a diference between powder and foundation).

Longevity: Nothing special, I was told that the make up would actually look better as the day went on because it would be absorbing oil from my face, it should be noted that my face didn't look any worse throughout the day, but I did not see that it looked any better either.

Positives: The thin layer of make up seemed to blend in with my skin very well, I didn't have to worry about conflicting face and neck colors.

Negatives: The man who sold me the product repeatidly told me how I would not have a cakey look to my face, he was not entirely wrong. The areas on my face where I used the concealer (also Sheer Cover) it looked cakey and obvious, I experimentd with the amount of concealer but once I had acheived a non cakey look, the concealer wasn't concealing anything. Fail.

In a nut shell: The good parts of your face will look nice, the trouble areas will look troubled

Gimme 5

The topic of discussion is my Top 5 Favorite Movie Scenes, first and foremost, no movies before or during Disney Renaissance will be included as Disney kicks ass in every way so it would just not be fair. Second, if you don't know what Disney Renaissance is click here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney_RenaissanceThird note, I love movies and love to quote them, I'm convinced there is at least one line from each of the movies that I love that applies to my life at one point or another. Fourth, the list:

5) Chicago (2002): Cell Block Tango
Love the whole thing, Catherine Zeta Jones is my favorite by far, and Mia I could do with out

4)Troy (2004): Achilles Saves Briseis
I couldn't find a video for this scenario, but my favorite part of the scene is actually a look on his face with this picture pretty much captures, this look of pure passionate determination combined with the pulsing pounding music as Achilles finally spots Briseis in the burning city is TRULY FANTASTIC.

3)Across the Universe (2007): Hold Me Tight
I absolutely fell in love with Jim Sturgis when he rubs noses with his girlfriend in this scene (1:24 in this video)

2) Titanic (1997): You're So Stupid Rose!
What I wouldn't give to have Leo grab my face and kiss it so fiercely while telling me how stupid I am for jumping out of the life boat to get to him, 2:50 is when the magic begins

1) Back to the Future (1985): George and Lorraine's first kiss
I can't even explain how this scene affects (effects?) me, I get chills, goosebumps, sometimes it puts tears in my eyes, I am a huge fan of the Back to the Future Trilogy so this could by why I am so effected (affected?) by this truly epic moment
